A multi-lingual multi-tasker, Katsios brings her account management, direct mail and print production expertise to GLAD WORKS. Formerly an account supervisor for Protocol Integrated Direct Marketing, she helped to strengthen the firm's client support and promoted cross-training among account managers, all while managing some of the company's largest clients. Throughout her decade in the media and marketing industry, she has garnered experience in traffic management, advertising coordination, marketing promotions, media buying, client services, and project management. As GLAD WORKS' Operations Director she excels at innovating creative solutions, collaborating with clients and keeping her thumb on the pulse of our office – ensuring that everyone always has what they need, when they need it. She does all of this with a smile, and it's that very smile that says a lot for our service philosophy and our company brand. A Magna Cum Laude graduate of Hartwick College and an active member in the community, Katsios remains closely tied to her Greek roots and her professional skills by helping to implement fundraising strategies for various Greek organizations. And with her experience and involvement on our team, we're very happy to say that, in our office, it's all Greek to us!
