Even in today’s hectic and time starved world, art continues to encourage thought, evoke emotion and spark conversation; in fact, for exactly those reasons, it may be more important than ever before.

Igniting thoughts, emotions, and conversations is also part of what makes a successful business. An amazing product or a great service does just what good art does—make people think, feel, and interact with one another.

What makes a blog fun to write is its conversational style. In a blog, it’s okay once in a while to break some rules of grammar in order to write the way people actually speak. But there are some rules that are broken all over the place—on billboards and restaurant menus and newsletters that should never be broken. These grammatical mistakes aren’t just fodder for late-night TV hosts to poke fun—they often diminish credibility and could cause a loss in business.

Have you ever been looking at a menu in a restaurant and noticed a description that looks something like this?

Was that not the cutest picture last week? Little Bella and Dolce aren’t just adorable faces though! They’re very smart little dogs and they definitely keep us on our toes around here. In fact, as a nice follow-up to last week’s blog post, they’ve asked us to write about some great tools that can help save a ton of paper every day. Bella says that if everyone makes an effort to go as paperless as possible, we can save a gazillion trees!
